  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we do offer international shipping, however the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
  • What kind of material is the Streetwear made out of?
    100% finest quality of Cotton made in India. Thereby being an all-season wearable, with multi-coated screen and digitally printed art. The details of every individual streetwear is given on the bottom of the product, on the product page.
  • Is a refund possible if I change my mind after placing the order?
    No. There will be no refunds once the order is placed. You are only eligible for a refund if you have received a faulty or damaged piece. The product needs to be returned unused by the customer and as it was received. Shipping costs will be the customers' liability for returning the product.
  • I placed an order today. When should I expect to receive it?
    You can expect the order to be delivered in 5-7 Business days, within India. International orders may take 10 business days. If you still haven't received your order, feel free to drop us a mail and we will attend to you as soon as possible and keep you updated on your order at all times.
  • Where are you located? / Where are you based?
    We are located/based in India but we don't have a physical store yet. Online only.
  • Do you have any discounts or offers running?
    We don't have any discounts as of now since we are still young, but there will surely be discounts on special occasions/festivals.
  • Can the size of the artwork be customised?
    The size can only be customised on rare occasions. However, the standard sizes are written in the description of the sketches. Choosing from the standard sizes is highly recommended. However if you do want your purchase size to be customised, extra charges will be applicable.
  • I want additional information on a particular artwork.
    If you want more information on an artwork than its description, you may go onto our website, click "Contact" on the home page and email the artist directly and get to know more and be satisfied with your purchase. Email address: officiallykartz.inquiries@gmail.com
  • How do I get coupons for discounts?
    Coupons are created and shared directly by the artist himself. Keep an eye out on shop banners for any coupon codes being given out.
  • Can I send in customised art requests if I want the artist to do a particular reference of my choice?
    Yes! We have started selective customisations. Although, we need to review the reference image before accepting the order and if the image is too complex, we will have to unfortunately reject the order since we don't want to deliver a product that you are not satisfied with. However, you may send in your references and details; for example the size, changes in colour etc. via email: officiallykartz.inquiries@gmail.com and you will get a confirmation or rejection of your order within a few days. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and patience with us.
  • Can I contact you via sms/watsapp?
    Not for now, but you may contact us on our email: k.artzzz.shop@gmail.com.
  • Do you frame the artwork and deliver it, if so desired?"
    No. We do not frame the artwork.
  • Do you accept international orders?
    Yes, we do accept international orders. However, the shipping cost has to be paid by the customer.
  • How do I place my order?
    To place your order simply add the product to the cart and click "checkout". Once you enter the shipping details, click on "Place Order" and proceed to the payment page.
  • What modes of payment do you accept?
    We accept payments through PayTM and Cash On Delivery. Note: The PayTM number to which the payment has to be made is 8879937799.
  • Do you ship internationally (i.e. outside India)?
    Yes, we do ship internationally. However, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
  • What is "My Wallet"?"
    "My Wallet" is a place where you can securly save your credit/debit cards, thereby making payment more convinient when you are ready to purchase your products.
  • What is "My Wishlist"?"
    "My Wishlist" is a place where you may add your favorite products for a future purchase, thereby not having the inconvinience to go and shop for your products in the shop again.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    You cannot cancel your order on your own. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do it within 30 minutes after placing your order by emailing us to cancel your order in the "Contact" section of our website. After we cancel your order, you will get an email confirming that your order has been cancelled.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    Approximately 5-7 business days, within India. International shipments may take 10 business days. If you still haven't received your order feel free to drop us a mail and we will attend to you as soon as possible and keep you updated on your order at all times.
  • What is "My Orders"?"
    "My Orders" is a place where you may view the status of your orders and see any payment you made in the past.
  • What is "My Addresses"?"
    "My Addresses" is a place where you may save your address(es) to which you want the product to be delivered. You may add a new address as well and select accordingly.
